SHIPPING
Your product will be shipped through Australia Post and arrive between 5-10 days from processing of your order.
PAYMENT FAILURE
Should your payment method  fail we will notify you by email and then re-attempt payment within 5-10 days, then close the order if unsuccessful.
RETURNS VIA POST
Please note that any parcels sent to X-tramp Returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. We recommend using a postal tracking service.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please contact us by email if you receive and item that is faulty so that we can assist you. The item must be in its original packaging and please keep the sales receipt.
CAN I CANCEL / CHANGE MY ORDER
An order can only be cancelled/changed up to the point it is dispatched. Please contact us ASAP by phone (during business hours) or email if wishing to change your order. You will receive and email advising you when your order has been dispatched.
